Queen Mary 2 At Valparaíso, Chile
During her Maiden World Cruise Queen Mary 2 called at the port of Valparaíso, Chile on Friday, January 26, 2007.
On this fine summer day the QM2 was one of four passenger ships docked at the port. Minerva II, Deutschland and Crystal Serenity were also in port as well as was the Chilean Naval Flagship Esmeralda, the famous Tall Ship. Valparaíso resident, Hernán Orellana Alarcón, a Naval Engineer, photographed the Queen Mary 2 and the other ships on that day and was kind enough to share his photos with us.

We expect to be adding addtional photographs in the near future. The Port of New York Branch wishes to thank Hernán Orellana Alarcón for sharing his photographs and description of that day with us. Queen Mary 2 continues on her World Cruise further into the Pacific as she sails from San Francisco bound for Honolulu.
